What to do if you did not get the payment

  1. Confirm the date: it is a federal date, not a provincial one.
  2. Sign in to CRA My Account and review Benefits and credits.
  3. Check that you filed your last return and that direct-deposit details are correct.
  4. Wait about 10 working days after the date before contacting the CRA, particularly if you are paid by cheque.

For eligibility and amounts, read the CGEB guide. For the main calendar, see the payment dates dashboard.
